The new Wadkin PU-HD straight line edger is the ideal replacement for the Wadkin PU machine which was last manufactured in the 1970’s.
This woodworking machine has a robust heavy-duty body designed with welded steel frame. This is ideal for ripping softwood or hardwood components and has a precision saw arbor for clean and smooth cutting.
It is a high-volume capacity machine with automatic lubrication on the chain conveyor and powered rise & fall adjustment. The powerful 20hp motor gives you control over the most difficult timbers.
Equipped with a 3 mtr laser line the machine is fast and accurate when cutting waney edge and bent boards.
Top and Bottom anti kick back fingers ensure a safe operation for the operative. The 120mm cutting height is popular with Joinery, Timber merchants, sawmills and door manufacturers.
