Specially designed to handle the fast pace of end-to-end feeding on Moulders, AMS MR Return Conveyors enable you to run your moulder with just one operator.
The receiving module is 1200mm wide. The return rollers are 300mm wide, their length is proportionate to the length of your moulder. Pinch rollers, driven by a d.c. variable speed motor, guide the part onto the receiving module. Polymer belts side shift the panels to the return rollers quickly and efficiently. The transfer process occurs on a continuous basis.
